As increasingly sophisticated online advertising technologies evolve, NAI addresses consumer concerns regarding privacy with both effective industry self-regulation and sensible protections.
Direct Marketing Association
The DMA advocates standards for responsible marketing by promoting relevance as the key to reaching consumers.
NextAction Direct successfully completed the required training to display the DMA Trusted Marketer Program Member seal. We honor this seal by respecting consumer’s right to choice concerning receipt of mail.
Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB)
The IAB creates and evaluates industry standards, policies and best practices in addition to executing trade research and educating marketers, agencies, and media companies about the inherent value of interactive advertising. IAB members are responsible for selling over 86% of online advertising in the United States.
